Maxime Szyf is a Belgian product designer and creative director with over 30 years of experience in design, innovation and visual communication. After graduating with distinction in Product Development, he began his career at Samsonite and Verhaert Design & Development before founding his own design agency, MAXIMALdesign.

Throughout his career, he has worked with an impressive range of international brands, including Nike, Samsonite, Deloitte, Brussels Airlines and Delvaux, helping organizations translate their vision and values into meaningful design. Alongside his professional practice, Maxime is an active lecturer, mentor and speaker, sharing his passion for design with new generations of creative thinkers.

Driven by curiosity and a fascination with the relationship between image, form and emotion, Maxime also pursues photography as a personal artistic practice. At ABA, his photographic work takes on a new dimension, translated into hand-knotted rugs where visual expression meets traditional craftsmanship.
